Instructions: Brush with beaten egg white and dip the fish in the flour mixed with salt and bread crumbs.
Place the fish in a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with chopped onion; dot with margarine or butter. Bake in a 200 to 225 degrees oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Baste the fish now and then. When it begins to brown add the cream and continue basting. Cod whitefish eel and other fish may be prepared in the same way. Email this Recipe:
