Instructions: Mix together all the ingredients except the oil.
Reserve for 15 minutes. Place the chicken in a foillined baking dish drizzle the oil over and fold the foil to seal. Bake in a moderate oven (190C 375 F gas mark 5) for 40 minutes or until done. Open the foil carefully to allow the steam to escape. Transfer the chicken to a flameproof dish and brown under a hot grill turning as required. Serve hot. From north India and is ideal for a summer brunch or barbecue. As an added extra leftovers can be made into sandwiches. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
