Instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Trim fennel bulbs and slice lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick slices. Arrange fennel in a single layer in a baking dish or roasting pan. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
