Instructions: In a large heavy pot, over medium heat, boil sugar, butter, syrup, and salt for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in baking soda. Pour over popped corn, mixing well. Coat cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Spread popcorn evenly on cookie sheet. Place in 200F degree oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
