Ingredients:

1 tbl Soy sauce
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/4 cup Oil
1/2 cup Lemon juice
1 x Clove garlic, crushed
2 tbl Lemon rind
----------------- CHICKEN ----------------
1/2 cup Unsifted flour
2 tsp Paprika
1/2 x Broiler-fryer, cut up, (up to 3-lb.)
1/2 cup Butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp Salt

Combine all sauce ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before using. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika and use to coat chicken pieces. Arrange chicken pieces, skin down, in a single layer in a shallow pan. Brush chicken well with butter. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 400F. Turn the chicken; pour sauce over it. Bake for 30 minutes longer, or until chicken is golden-brown and tender.
