Combine all sauce ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before using. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika and use to coat chicken pieces. Arrange chicken pieces, skin down, in a single layer in a shallow pan. Brush chicken well with butter. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 400F. Turn the chicken; pour sauce over it. Bake for 30 minutes longer, or until chicken is golden-brown and tender. Email this Recipe:
