Instructions: Rinse fish with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut fish into equal size serving portions. Combine oil, salt, pepper, and garlic in an oblong glass baking dish. Place fish in mixture. Let marinate 10 minutes, turn, and marinate an additional 10 minutes. Remove fish from marinade.
Combine cheese and crumbs and roll fish in this mixture. Place on a well-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 500F degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Email this Recipe:
