2 lb Stew meat
1/4 cup Flour
1/4 cup Oil
1 x Clove minced garlic
1/2 cup Chili sauce
28 oz Sliced stewed tomatoes
1 lrg onion sliced &
Seperat
2 cup Celery-large pieces
4 x Potatoes-cut in 1" cubes
2 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl Lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Dredge meat in flour and saute in oil with garlic in a large dutch oven.

Add rest of the ingredients, stir well. Cook covered at 325* for 1 1/2 hrs.

Remove lid and bake 1 hr. more.
