Instructions: Heat the oil in the small roasting tin.
Slice the potatoes into fingers about eight for each potato and toss in the oil. Sprinkle on a little salt. Hang the tin from the top set of runners in the roasting oven. Cook for half an hour. Stir round to recoat with the oil. Cook for a further 20 to 30 minutes move the tin down the ovenif they are browning too much. The cooking time will vary according to the type of potato used. Serve with turkey burgers grilled meat or fish. Sprinkle with sea salt before serving. These are a cross between baked potatoes and shopbought ovenchips.
