Instructions: The night before serving, or early in the day if using for dinner: Place buttered, split muffins face down in buttered 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Brown the sausage, drain, and sprinkle over the muffins. Mix eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper. Pour over the sausage and muffins. Sprinkle on chilis and cheese. Cover with foil, and refrigerate overnight, or at least 8 hours. The muffins will have soaked up the egg mixture. Bake, covered, at 350 for at 45 minutes. Great with the curried fruit.
