Instructions: Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Pour into a lightly greased 13x9x2-inch pan. Sprinkle with pecans. Top with bread. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees. for 45 to 50 minutes. Cut into squares and serve nut side up.
