1 cup skim milk
2 tbl margarine
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 pkt yeast
3 x egg whites
4 cup flour
Instructions:
Instructions: Scald milk. Add margarine, sugar and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Add yeast and stir well. Add half of the flour, mix. Add egg whites, mix. Add rest of flour. Spray top of dough with nonstick spray or brush with a small amount of oil. Place into bowl, cover, and let stand overnight without refrigeration.

Divide dough into thirds. Roll out and spray with nonstick spray. Cut into eight wedges and shape like a crescent. Place on nonstick or sprayed cookie sheet. Let rise for 4 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

This recipe yields 2 dozen rolls.
