Instructions: Fry bacon in large skillet until crisp, 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels, then crumble. Combine broccoli, celery, bacon and raisins in a large bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and half-and-half in small bowl. Add to broccoli mixture. Toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings. Email this Recipe:
