Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
4 x new potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
3 stalk celery, chopped
1 pkt (10 oz) frozen whole kernel corn
1 tbl dried onion flakes
2 pt fresh Standard oysters, undrained
2 cup milk
1 tbl butter or margarine
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine first 3 ingredients in a Dutch oven; cover and cook over medium heat about 8 minutes. Stir in celery, corn, and onion flakes; cover and cook 10 minutes. Stir in oysters, milk, butter, and pepper; cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle each serving with bacon.

Yield about 2 quarts.
