Instructions: In top of double boiler (or heavy saucepan), place clam broth, 1 tablespoon butter, paprika, celery salt, and Worcestershire. Stir gently. Add oysters and their liquid; simmer just until their edges curl. Stir in chili sauce and half-and-half.
