Ingredients:

1 pt Oysters
1/2 pt Milk
5 x Eggs, beaten
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Onion, finely minced
1 cup Coarse cracker crumbs
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut each oyster into 3 pieces. Add beaten eggs to milk. Combine with the oysters; add other ingredients. Bake in a greased casserole, in a 325 degree oven for 90 minutes.

Serves 8.
