2 x Strips bacon
1 sm Minced onion
1 can (8oz) oysters
2 cup Soft bread crumbs
2 tbl Fresh lemon juice
1 tbl Sake
1 x Egg
2 tbl Minced parsley
1/2 tsp Salt
1 pch Pepper
6 x Fillets of sole (2 lb)
Instructions:
Instructions: Fry bacon & onion until tender. Drain & chop oysters, reserving 1/4 cup liquid for sauce; combine oysters with remaining ingredients except fillets. Separate mixture into 6 parts: place each part on a fillet & roll up tightly. Fasten ends with toothpicks. Place rolled fish in buttered baking dish; cover & bake in 375 oven for 45 minutes.
