Instructions: Remove any remaining shell from oysters and drain. Combine next 10 ingredients. Mix well. Add oysters, mushrooms, green pepper and onion to marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cook bacon until done but not crisp.
Thread oysters, bacon and vegetables on four 12-inch skewers, placing a piece of bacon next to each oyster. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat source for 4 to 6 minutes, or until oyster edges curl and bacon is crisp. Carol Anne Nave Email this Recipe:
