Instructions: Preheat grill.
Sprinkle oysters with a few drops of sauce. Remove rind from bacon and cut into fine julienne. Pile bacon on top of each oyster to completely cover and grill for 3-4 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Email this Recipe:
