Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 tsp very finely-chopped peeled fresh ginger
1 tsp finely-chopped scallions
1 tsp finely-chopped cilantro
1 tbl soy sauce
1 tbl mirin
1 tbl rice vinegar
1/4 tsp wasabi or to taste
12 x Hog Island or Fisher Island oysters shucked with shells
12 x thin ahi tuna slices - (4 oz total)
12 x thin peeled daikon slices soaked in water
Instructions:
Instructions: In a small bowl, combine ginger, scallions, and cilantro; set aside. In a second small bowl, stir together, soy sauce, mirin, vinegar, and wasabi; set aside.

Wrap each oyster with a slice of tuna, then place on top of a daikon curl; secure with a toothpick. Return wrapped oysters to half shells.

Sprinkle with ginger mixture, and drizzle with soy mixture.

This recipe yields 12 servings.
