Instructions: In a small bowl, combine ginger, scallions, and cilantro; set aside. In a second small bowl, stir together, soy sauce, mirin, vinegar, and wasabi; set aside.
Wrap each oyster with a slice of tuna, then place on top of a daikon curl; secure with a toothpick. Return wrapped oysters to half shells. Sprinkle with ginger mixture, and drizzle with soy mixture. This recipe yields 12 servings. Email this Recipe:
