Recipe for Ozark Mountain Raw Apple Cake

1/2 cup	oil
2 cup	sugar
2 x	eggs
2 tsp	cinnamon
1 tsp	salt
2 tsp	baking soda
2 cup	flour
4 cup	fresh apples, pared and diced
2 tsp	vanilla

Instructions:

Instructions: Cream oil, sugar and eggs. Sift dry ingredients. Combine the two mixtures and odd apples and vanilla. Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan 40 to 50 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
