3/4 cup water
1 tbl chicken base powder (no MSG)
1 tbl sugar
2 tbl shaohsing wine or sherry
1 tbl oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients. Recipe doubles well. Refrigerates well, up to a month. Stir thoroughly before using.

Comments: Very concentrated. Use sparingly when stir-frying vegetables or tossing with noodles.
