Instructions: Cut bacon in tiny pieces & fry. Set aside half of bacon. Beat eggs, add salt, sugar, vinegar and water. Beat well and add to the bacon and bacon fat in pan. Remove from fire and add cream. Pour over lettuce, garnish with chopped hard boiled egg and rest of bacon.
Cooks Notes: Great with spinach salad. Very thick a little goes an awfully long way, not like the runny stuff you find in stores. I use a full pound of bacon in this recipe.
