2 x celery stalks, sliced
1 x yellow onion, chopped
2 x potatoes, peeled & cut into 1/2 inch cubes, about 2 cups
1/2 cup water
1/2 lb snapper or any white fish, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 lb scallops, cut in half vertically
1/4 lb small cooked shrimp
1/4 cup flour
8 oz clam juice
1/2 cup light cream or milk
2 tsp butter
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: * In a saucepan over medium heat, combine celery, onion, potatoes & water. Cover & cook over medium heat until veggies are slightly tender, about 10 minutes. Add seafood, re-cover & cook 10 more minutes.

* In a small bowl, stir together the flour & clam juice. Stir into fish mixture & continue to stir until bubbly. Add cream or milk, butter, salt, & pepper. Heat to serving temperature over low heat; do not boil.

* Ladle into small bowls & garnish with parsley & paprika. Serve immediately.
