Instructions: * In a saucepan over medium heat, combine celery, onion, potatoes & water. Cover & cook over medium heat until veggies are slightly tender, about 10 minutes. Add seafood, re-cover & cook 10 more minutes.
* In a small bowl, stir together the flour & clam juice. Stir into fish mixture & continue to stir until bubbly. Add cream or milk, butter, salt, & pepper. Heat to serving temperature over low heat; do not boil. * Ladle into small bowls & garnish with parsley & paprika. Serve immediately. Email this Recipe:
