Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 can chicken broth - (13 3/4 oz)
2/3 cup cold water
1/4 cup Minute Rice Premium Long Grain Rice uncooked
1/4 tsp saffron threads crushed
3 cup chopped cooked chicken
2 pkt frozen cooked tiny shrimp - (6 oz ea) thawed
1 lb smoked sausage sliced, halved,
and browned
2 cup coarsely-chopped tomato
1 pkt Birds Eye Peas - (10 oz) thawed, drained
2/3 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1/4 cup finely-chopped red onion
1/2 tsp minced garlic
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Bring broth and water to a boil. Stir in rice and saffron. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Cool.

Mix remaining ingredients until well blended. Stir in rice mixture.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
