2 tbl Vegetable oil
1 x 2 1/2 cm pie peeled root ginger, cut into julienne
3 x Heads pak choi, halved lengthways
Instructions:
Instructions: 1 Steam pak choi for 5-8 minutes until just tender. Heat a wok, add the oil and ginger and stir fry for a minute. Add the pak choi and cook for 30 seconds. Pour on the oyster sauce and toss together.
