Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. in boiling water ( 2 inches deep in a 3 quart saucepan, pasboil peppers until tender - 10 minutes. 3. Drain peppers; cut off tops; remove seeds. Place standing upright, on lightly greased baking dish. 4. Stuff peppers with the three kinds of cheese cubes, dividing evenly. Top each pepper with a tomato slice, then sprinkle with bread crumbs tossed with melted butter and basil. Bake 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Email this Recipe:
