Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 F. Blend all ingredients in a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan for about 45 minutes until center springs back up when lightly touched. Cool.

Glaze: Blend 1 cup powdered sugar with either 2 Tbs. milk OR lemon juice and then drizzle over cake.
