Instructions: Cut the baguette lengthways leaving the two halves still attached.
Dribble each half with some of the olive oil and vinegar. Arrange the remaining ingredients in layers along the length of the loaf and dribble with extra olive oil and seasoning. Wrap in cling film and top with a heavy weight until ready to eat. Cut into four to serve. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
