3 lb Breast, chops, or shoulder meat cut in 1 1/2" cubes
4 tbl Sweet butter
1 cup Chopped onions
1 cup Cut string beans
1 cup Diced potatoes
1/2 cup Diced celery
1/2 cup Diced turnip
1/2 cup Chopped carrots
2 tbl Diced parsnips
2 tbl Minced parsley
1 tsp Garlic salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt butter in a Dutch oven and saute meat and onions. Add remaining ingredients, cover, and roast at 300 degrees, without removing the cover, for 3 hours.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
