1 x Crusty baguette loaf cut into 12 slices
6 x Ripe plum tomatoes sliced in half
1/4 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat grill.

Place bread on grill and cook until lightly toasted. Remove and squeeze juice and seeds from half a tomato on to each piece of bread. Drizzle each slice with oil, season with salt and pepper and serve warm.

This recipe yields 4 servings as tapas.
