PAN SEARED STEAKS ----------------
4 x Porterhouse steaks, cut 1-1/2 to 2 inches thick
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
----------------- BOBBYS STEAK SAUCE ----------------
1/4 cup Ketchup
3/4 cup Horseradish
2 tbl Honey
3 tbl Dijon mustard
2 tbl Maple syrup, or to taste
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbl Ancho chile powder
Salt and freshly ground white pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: How to Prepare the Steak:
1. Heat two 12-inch cast-iron skillets over high heat.

2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Add the steaks and saute until golden brown on one side.

3. Turn over and repeat. Cook to desired doneness; 6 to 7 minutes for rare, 9 to 12 minutes for medium, and 12 to 15 minutes for well done.

4. Serve with Bobbys Steak Sauce.

How to Prepare Bobbys Steak Sauce:
Place all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir until combined.
