Ingredients:

FOR THE PANCAKES ----------------
125 gm Self-raising flour, (4oz)
40 gm Caster sugar, (1 1/2oz)
1 med Size egg, beaten
150 ml Milk, (1/4pt)
1 tbl Vegetable oil
----------------- FOR THE DECORATION ----------------
2 tbl Chocolate spread
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix the flour and sugar. Make a well in the centre and stir in the egg and milk.

Lightly grease a non-stick frying pan and place the pan over a moderate heat.

Drop the mixture in large spoonfuls onto the hot frying pan.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles rise to the surface of the pancake, then turn over and cook for a further 2-3 minutes on the other side.

Allow the pancakes to cool slightly, then spread with the chocolate spread.

Use the sweets to make happy faces.

NOTES : Create your own happy face using all your favourite ingredients.
