Instructions: Slice the panettone. Break the eggs into a bowl, add the cream and milk and whisk.

Melt the butter in a pan. Dip the panettone slices into the egg mix, then fry on each side until golden brown.

Place the fried cake on a plate and top with bacon and honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar before serving.
