Instructions: Wash & dry potatoes, carrot & shallot. Slice each. Place vegetables in bowl of food processor. Add egg & milk. Add flour, baking powder & salt. Process until all lumps disappear. Heat oil in saute pan over medium heat. When oil is hot, pour about 2 tablespoons of batter into pan. Cook until golden brown on each side. Repeat with all batter. Serve with sour cream-chive mixture.
