Instructions: Dissolve the gelatin in the water. Place the rest of the ingredients in a processor and run the machine to make a cream. Stir in the gelatin and beat 3 minutes.

Pour 2 tbs cream of cassis in individual glass bowls. Top with the papaya cream. Chill until firm. decorate with mint leaves and serve.
