Instructions: In blender or food processor fitted with metal blade, puree papaya and lemon juice. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, beaten eggs and milk. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture thickens and coats a spoon. Add pureed papaya and half and half.
Pour into ice cream canister. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturers directions. Makes 1 quart. Email this Recipe:
