Instructions: Using a mortar and pestle, pound garlic and chillies until well blended.
Add long bean, tomatoes and papaya, pound lightly, about 4-5 times. Add sugar, fish sauce, lemon juice, tamarind sauce and stir together. Taste and season as desired. Serve on cabbage leaves and garnish with roasted peanuts. Email this Recipe:
