Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 lrg Papaya, peeled, seeded, finely chopped
1 cup Seeded tomatoes (finely chopped)
1/2 cup Peeled seeded cucumber (finely chopped)
1/4 cup Finely chopped green onion
3 tbl Fresh lime juice
1 tbl Chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbl Seeded jalapeno chili (finely chopped)
Instructions:
Instructions: Heres a pretty and fresh-tasting salsa that is great with low-fat tortilla chips. Celery sticks and bell pepper strips also make good, healthful

"scoops".

DIRECTIONS: = Combine first 7 ingredients in medium bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 4 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate.) Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving.

Serve with tortilla chips.
