Whip whites until they form soft peaks Fold white into yolks Butter 12 muffin tins and pour batter to half full tins Place tins into a pan with water and bake at 350 until firm. Make a light syrup . Let it cool to warm Poke holes in each little cake and drop them into the syrup.
