Instructions: In a large saucepan, saute the onion, bell pepper, jalapenos and garlic in oil until soft. Add the beer and the water; bring to a boil and reduce the heat.
Stir in the remaining ingredients and simmer for an hour, stirring occasionally, until thickened. For a smooth sauce, place the mixture in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. This recipe yields 2 quarts. Yield: 2 quarts Email this Recipe:
