Instructions: **Melt 1/4 pound butter and add 1 cup chopped onion, 3 tbsp lime juice, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce, dash of Tabasco sauce, 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, and salt, to taste. Simmer for a few minutes over medium-low heat. Remove to a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve hot.
Melt the butter in a skillet and add garlic and fish. Saute until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Do not overcook. Place fish on a warmed serving platter. Pour sauce over fish, or serve on the side. Garnish dish with Bermuda onion slices, cilantro sprigs, and lemon and lime slices. Email this Recipe:
