3/4 cup	mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tbl	brandy OR 2 tablespoons apple juice
1 tbl	ketchup
1 tsp	lemon juice
1 tsp	Dijon mustard

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.

Yield: 1 cup.
