Instructions: Remove dough from the machine upon completion of the dough cycle. Roll dough on a lightly floured work surface into a large, 1/4 inch thick rectangle. With a 2 1/2 or 3 inch biscuit cutter, cut into rounds. Brush each round with melted butter and then fold each round almost in half, with buttered side in, pressing on the fold. Place on a greased baking sheet or in muffin cups, cover and let rise for 30 to 45 minutes. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
