Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/3 cup warm water (110 degrees), plus
1 tbl warm water (110 degrees)
1 tsp white sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup bread flour
1 tsp lecithin
3 tsp bread machine yeast
4 tsp olive oil
4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 cup olive oil - (to 1/2 cup)
Instructions:
Instructions: Place ingredients in the bread machine in the order suggested by the machines manufacturer. Select Dough setting, and Start.

When the dough has risen once in the breadmaker, transfer it into an oiled, 8-inch, round baking tin. Allow to rise until doubled in bulk. Poke it all over with your finger, right to the bottom of the tin. Allow to rest for another five or ten minutes.

Pour olive oil over the top of the loaf, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees in center of oven for approximately 20 minutes, until golden.

This recipe yields 1 round loaf.
