Instructions: COMBINE CRUMBS, CHEESE, PARSLEY, GARLIC, SALT AND PEPPER. SPRINKLE SOME OF THE MIXTURE INTO A LARGE DISH OR PAN. DIP CHICKEN PIECES INTO MELTED BUTTER, THEN ROLL PIECES IN CRUMBS. PLACE IN A FLAT BAKING PAN DRIZZLE WITH MELTED BUTTER AND BAKE FOR 1 HOUR IN A 350 DEG F. OVEN. BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND TENDER.
