Instructions: Using a wooden spoon mix everything together thoroughly in a bowl.
Using your hands gather mixture into a ball then roll out (like Plasticine) into an even sausage shape about 23cm long. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes then cut into thin slices. Place on a lightly buttered baking tray. Bake at 150C/ 300F/Gas Mark 2 for 20-25 minutes until pale golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
