Instructions: Wash the mushrooms and pat dry. Remove the stems and mince them. Place the caps in a greasedEbaking dish. Heat the remaining butter and saute the onion, mushroom stems and parsley until the onion is tender and some of the juices have cookedEoff. Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix well. Fill the caps and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. These again may be made ahead and baked just before serving...a great appetizer. Just add about 5 minutes to the cooking time if they have been chilled.
