Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
FOR THE PASTA SALAD ----------------
250 gm Dried pasta penne, cooked and refreshed (8oz)
50 gm Frozen petit pois, defrosted (2oz)
2 x Oranges, pared into segments
----------------- FOR THE DRESSING ----------------
2 tbl White wine vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
5 tbl Olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Place the pasta, peas and orange segments in a bowl and mix.

Make the dressing by mixing all the ingredients together in a screw top jar.

Pour the dressing mixture over the pasta, pea and orange mixture, stir to incorporate. Serve immediately.

NOTES : A refreshing pasta salad with citrus notes and zesty taste.
