Ingredients:

2 cup	Cottage cheese -- creamed
3 cup	Boiling water
1 tsp	Onion -- finely chopped
2 pkt	(3oz)each lime jello
1 tsp	Green pepper -- finely
	Chopped
1 cup	Pineapple juice
1/2 cup	Cucumber -- coarsly chopped
1 tsp	Vinegar
1/2 cup	Celery -- coarsley chopped

Instructions:

Instructions: Pour boiling water on gelatin in bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved.

Stir in pineapple juice, vinegar and salt. Pour 1 cup of the gelatin mixture into 8-cup ring mold. Refrigerate until firm.

Refrigerate remaining mixture until slightly thickened but not set; beat with hand beater until light and fluffy. Mix in remaining ingredients; pour on gelatin layer in mold. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold on serving plate.
