2 pkt cream cheese (8-oz. each)
softened
1 pkt natural shredded mild Cheddar cheese (8-oz.)
1 tsp chopped red bell pepper and chopped onion
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Beat cream cheese and Cheddar cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate several hours.

Place a drinking glass, about 3 inches in diameter, in center of serving platter. Drop rounded tablespoons of mixture around glass, just touching outer edge of glass to form ring; smooth with spatula. Remove glass. Garnish with chopped parsley and red bell pepper. Serve with assorted crackers.

Makes 2 cups.
